OBSERVATION AND ASSESSMENT MADE SIMPLE Presented by: Kat Doring
This training is an opening into observations and documentation and is the keyto intentional teaching. Providers need information and evidence by making observations and documenting to make informed decisions on how to best provide developmentally appropriate practices to support the growth and development of each child in their care. Observing and understanding eachchild helps us know where they are developmentally and helps us provide intentional learning activities to support their needs in their developmentalstages. This training is a simple introduction into the "Why, How and When",for making documentations that providers can use in their childcare program.
