Learn how to safely make food and sensory materials, such as playdough, with children in early childhood settings. Participants explore hands-on methods that build fine-motor, language, and math skills while fostering creativity, cooperation, and meaningful sensory exploration.

LITTLE LEARNERS SENSORY LAB INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PLAY INVITATIONS

Step into Little Learners’ Sensory Lab ONLINE and discover how sensory experiences can become a powerful learning zone. Identify the developmental benefits of sensory play, analyze what makes a sensory station work, and design indoor and outdoor sensory play invitations that support curiosity and growth. Leave with sensory invitation plans, practical setup and clean-up systems, and fresh ideas you can apply in your early learning program.

CURIOSITY AS A TOOL IN YOUR CAREGIVING PRACTICE
Presented by: Hannah Riddle

Explore what it means to use curiosity both to gain a deeper understanding of child development and support the development of children in your care. Approaching caregiving through curiosity helps us not only support children’s development in more meaningful ways, but also can relieve some of the stress of caregiving.
